During the construction of the test center, the company fully considered the high standards of modern industrial production for motor equipment. The center’s test capabilities cover low voltage 380/690/1140V and high voltage 3/6/10kV. The system uses variable frequency static power supply to achieve the direct load mode of dual-machine towing. The software and hardware configuration can meet the type test and factory test of various types of ship motors, three-phase asynchronous motors, three-phase variable frequency induction motors, three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors, DC motors and synchronous motors (synchronous motors, synchronous generators). It can provide enterprises with detailed and reliable test data and technical support, which will greatly improve the company’s ability to optimize product design and research and development, and provide a basic guarantee for product manufacturing or product quality supervision and inspection.
